GERMANY SERIES 1

Corinthian expanded their range of MicroStars by working in collaboration with German company SIMBA, to produce and distribute the figures within Germany.

Corinthian kicked things off in style, as Germany Series 1 contained 40 figures initially, with Wave 2 adding another 8 to collect, making a total of 48 figures in Germany Series 1.

21 of the figures are of players from the German Bundesliga, with the club represented being Bayern Munich, Werder Bremen, VFB Stuttgart, HSV Hamburg, Hertha Berlin and Schalke 04. The rest of the figures were made up of players from the English Premier League, Spain's La Liga, Italy's Serie A and also some in England national kit.

The figures were released in sealed sachets, with each sealed sachet contained one randomly packed MicroStars figure, which could be on one of the six base colours, which are Green, Red, Blue, White, Silver or Gold. All MC codes are unique and exclusive to this series, they were not used as part of any other MicroStars series or release.

 

 

A collectors information leaflet also came issued with the figures which detailed those available in the series, with the text being in German. There was also an updated version of the collector's information leaflet issued with Wave 2, which contained images of the additional 8 figures.

 

 

The sachets were released inside a CDU (Counter Display Unit) and I will add the amount of sachets per CDU when i have the quantity confirmed, with the distributor for the series being Simba.

It is also worth mentioning that the figures were loose inside the sachet, they were not inside a sealed clear plastic bag, as was customary with other MicroStars releases, so for those who collect 'sealed in bag' the figures released in Germany Series 1 are only available loose.

​
