JAPAN MINIATURES SERIES 14

Corinthian Japan Miniatures Series 14 was a real mixed release, with the vast majority of figures also being released in German Series 2 and the German Super Club and Power Shot.​

In total Japan Miniatures Series 14 consisted of 36 different figures, with the same 32 figures featuring in both versions, with 2 Chasers being in the normal edition and 2 in the extension edition.​

All 16 home kit figures were also released in Germany Series 2, which included Crespo home kit who was a normal chaser, and the extension chaser of Peter Crouch in Liverpool home kit.

 

 

The away kit figures of Gianluigi Buffon For Juventus and Luca Toni for Fiorentina were both released in the German Power Shot, but only on Green and Red bases.

 

 

The other 10 away kits were all released in the German Super Club, the 5 released on Green base were Van Der Sar, Messi, Totti, Martins and Crouch, who is a chaser in the normal edition. The 5 released in the German Super Club on Red base were Valdes, Giggs, Fabregas, Gilardino and Crespo, who was a chaser in the extension edition.

The final thing to note refers to the 8 figures from the German Bundesliga, they were also released in German Series 2 however the MC codes are different, so for those who look to collect based on MC code, these figures MC codes are unique to Japan Miniatures Series 14.

The figures were released in single boxes, with there being a normal edition as well as an Extension edition.. Each single box contained one randomly packed MicroStars figure, which could be on one of the seven base colours, which are Green, Red, Blue, White, Silver, Gold and Black.

It is worth mentioning the figures were loose inside the plastic capsule, they were not inside a sealed plastic bag, unlike the vast majority of other series releases, so for those who try to collect 'sealed in bag' it is not possible for Germany Series 2, they are all loose.

A collectors information leaflet also came issued with the figures which detailed those available in the series, with the text being in Japanese, with the Extension ediiton having it's own leaflet. The boxes were released inside a CDU (Counter Display Unit) with 24 boxes per CDU with the distributor for the series being New Wave, who had the store Foot Circle.
