UK SERIES 11 EURO CLUBS

Corinthian dedicated MicroStars UK Series 11 to players who played in the 2004/05 UEFA Champions League, hence the name for the series being Euro Clubs. ​

The 23rd of May 205 was the release date for UK Series 11 via Corinthian Direct and collector centres, with retail stores waiting until the 6th of June 2005 for stock to arrive. The figure were released in 3 different colour capsules, across 3 different packaging formats.

This was a 48 figure strong series, with 32 being in their respective club home kit, which were found inside Orange capsules. 8 figures were in their Champions League kit, which were in Yellow capsules, with a Silver capsule featuring 8 players in their international home kit.

A single player pack was released which contained 2 chocolate Footballz and a orange or Gold capsule, with the Gold capsules containing any of the figures on a Gold base. The single player pack was available from retail stores, priced at £1.19

The 2 player pack contained all 48 figures, each pack contained 4 chocolate Footballz, a Orange or Gold capsule, plus a Yellow or Silver capsule. This was sold in retail stores and priced at £2.19

The 3 player pack contained all 48 figures, each pack contained 6 chocolate Footballz, a Orange or Gold capsule, plus a Yellow or Silver capsule and a guaranteed Gold capsule. The 3 player pack was sold in retail stores and also available from Corinthian Direct, priced at £2.99

UK Series 11 was also released in Japan as Miniatures Series 9, all 48 figures are exactly the same with identical MC codes. 40 of these figures were also released in Sweden Series 11, the 8 not included were the 8 in international home kits.

The figures were sealed into a clear plastic sachet and placed inside a capsule, also coming with collector's information leaflet. All figures were released on 6 different base colours, Green, Red, Blue, White, Silver and Gold, with the goal keeper figures having 4 different MC codes per base colour.
