Corinthian collaborated with Italian company Giochi Preziosi, who also assisted in the production and distribution of the Headliners SuperStars range, to produce 4 MicroStars Series, which were distributed and sold exclusively in Italy.

After Corinthian PLC went into administration and ceased to be, Giochi Preziosi acquired the name rights for the MicroStars brand and released a series in 2011/12, with IP also releasing a set of Azzurri national kit figures. Although these series are not done by Corinthian, they do carry the MicroStars logo, hence why I have decided to include them as part of the MicroStars Archive.
