SWEDEN SERIES 16

Corinthian released Sweden Series 16 in October 2007, with the series consisting of 40 different MicroStars figures.

Sweden Series 16 was made up almost entirely of unique and exclusive MC coded figure, there were just 3 exceptions, Ballack Chelsea home who also features in German Series 3 & Brazil Series 1 'Craques Da Bola' while Adebayor in Arsenal home kit was part of UK Series 14 & Japan Miniatures Series 15, with Hleb for Arsenal being part of UK Series 15 and Japan Miniatures Series 16.

The other 37 are all unique by their MC code, the most sought after figures from this series are without question the Ronaldo in AC Milan home and away kit, this figure is up there in terms of popularity and demand as any other figure you care to mention and is something i am always requested to find.

There are another 7 figures in away kit which are also incredibly popular and rare to find, with the 2 manager figures of Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson being immensely popular, as this is their only appearance in a regular MicroStars series, previously to that they were only available on a Gold base as part of the MicroDome.

The figures were released in single mystery boxes, the same style as the ones used for the Japan Miniatures. Each mystery box contained one randomly packed MicroStars figure, which could be on one of the seven base colours, which are Green, Red, Blue, White, Silver, Gold and Black

A collectors information leaflet also came issued with the figures which detailed those available in the series, with the text being in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish andFinnish. The boxes were released inside a CDU (Counter Display Unit) with 24 boxes per CDU, with the distributor for the series being Evanoff & Nilemo AB.
