UK SERIES 14

Corinthian released MicroStars UK Series 14 on the 16th of October 2006, with this series seeing another change to the figures, albeit a small one. The text under the base for each sill rating was replaced by a symbol, these symbols would be used for the figures from this series onwards.​

UK Series 14 consists of 48 different figures all in their respective clubs home kit, released in 2 different colour capsules across 3 packaging formats.

32 figures were released inside a Blue capsule, the other 16 were found inside a Yellow capsule. The 16 inside the Yellow capsules were Adebayor, Stankovic, Kuffour, Diana, Rocchi, Lennon, Essien, Nolan, Downing, Davis, Boruc, Barton, Johnson, Boyd, Valdes and Buffon, the other 32 were all found in Blue capsules.

The single player pack contained all 32 figures who feature in the Blue capsules. Each pack contained a Blue or Gold capsule and 2 chocolate Footballz, with it being sold in retail stores priced at £1.19

The 2 player pack contained all 48 figures, each pack had a Blue or Gold capsule and a guaranteed Yellow capsule, along with 4 chocolate Footballz, with the pack being sold in retail stores for £2.19

The 3 player pack contained all 48 figures, with each pack coming with a Blue or Gold capsule, a Yellow capsule and a guaranteed Gold capsule, along with 6 chocolate Footballz. The 3 player pack was sold in retail stores and via Corinthian Direct, priced at £2.99

Many of the figures were released in other series, including Japan Miniatures Series 15, Sweden Series 14, Germany Series 3 and Brazil Series 1 Craques da Bola. 6 of the figures remained exclusive to UK Series 14, those are Hernan Crespo, Edgar Davids, Lionel Messi, Alberto Gilardino, Edwin Van Der Sar and Gianluigi Buffon, their MC codes were not used in any other series or release.

The figures were sealed into a clear plastic sachet and packed into capsules, with all figures being released on 7 different base colours, those being Green, Red, Blue, White, Silver, Gold and Black. The goal keeper figures have 4 different base colours per MC code, excpet the Black base which has a solitary MC code.
