JAPAN MINIATURES SERIES 16

Japan Miniatures Series 16 was exactly the same as UK Series 15, it features the exact same 48 figures, with all MC codes being identical. Some of the figures would also feature in German Series 3, Sweden Series 15 and Brazil Series 1 Craques da Bola.

There was a normal edition and a Extension edition, both featured the same 46 players, it was just the Chaser figure which changed, the normal Chaser is Tomas Rosicky in Arsenal home kit, while the Extension Chaser is Daniele De Rossi in Roma home kit.

 ​

The figures were released in single mystery boxes, each mystery box contained one randomly packed MicroStars figure, which could be on one of the seven base colours, which are Green, Red, Blue, White, Silver, Gold and Black. The extension edition also had it's own single box, which featured the Extension branding across it.

 

 

A collectors information leaflet also came issued with the figures which detailed those available in the series, with the text being in Japanese, with an updated version also being included in the Extension edition. The boxes were released inside a CDU (Counter Display Unit) , with the distributor for the series being New Wave, who's store was called Foot Circle.

This would prove to be the last Japan Miniatures Series which would be released by Corinthian.
